Hello

Been having trouble making this sound even though it sounds pretty simple.

The bassline to tunes like this:

Or like this, but here it's automated differently, more like a wobble than a downward oscilation. Appears clearly at 2:28

This ones similar too, but a bit more in the mid. Sounds like it has more resonance:

I'm messing around with a triangle wave, but it doesn't quite sound right. I'm not getting that smooth bounce of it.

Any help appreciated!

Try a square wave. You could layer it with a sine wave.

Massive has Sine-Square and SmoothSquare waves.

I've been struggling with this too...

Can't understand how to get that grimey type of Wiley sound..
I know there's a million threads explaining it, detuned squares, with slight attack and decay on the cut off of a low pass filter.. But I just can't seem to nail it.

Proper trying to get my head round how Kahn did it in this - https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=yFd15xwpfmY - Sound i'm on about is at 23 seconds..

I know there's a lot too it, it's probably resampled and there's some reverb stuff going on.

Wondered if anyone could break it down though?
