Jazzy 140 WIP with weird stereo picture issues

Ignore that filtered square wave thing that comes in at 30s, I'm changing that.
I've noticed weird things with the pads moving when the snare/kick hits. I've put a utility on all the tracks and tried to get them to sit nicely with a spread across the stereo picture and I feel like this is really messing with it. If anyone has any ideas what is going on or has any other feedback, please enlighten me.
