"Weed like to talk" - Cannabis legalisation in the EU

I know a lot of dubsteppers support the herb, and I'm trying to get the word out about the european citicen's initiative Weed like to talk.
‘Weed like to talk’ aims at making the EU adopt a common policy on the control and regulation of cannabis production, use and sale.
It's accepted by the EU Commission, so this is the real deal, so to speak. You don't have to smoke weed to support a legalization, putting people in cages for their choice of medicine and/or recreation is pure insanity!
If you don't know what an ECI is, check out
http://ec.europa.eu/citizens-initiative ... rks/answer
We need to reach one million signatures by November! We have around 64 000 as of now. You can check the current progress at
https://ec.europa.eu/citizens-initiativ ... lic/map.do
If you feel inclined, join the cause!! Since it's a grass roots campaign it's all about spreading the word and printing flyers and whatnot
You can also find Weed like to talk on Facebook and Twitter. If you're from Sweden go visit the Flashback thread about this initiative.
If you're Danish, put up flyers at Roskilde this year.
If you're from the UK, SPREAD THE WORD, most of you brits are unaware of this initiative!
I know there will be a lot of marijuana events around Europe this year, so how about printing a bunch of flyers and spreading them around those events?
The link to sign is HERE:

Also, you have to be of voting age to sign it.

I'm not sure about how this partial legalization will pan out in the US.
There's now millions going into 'don't drive while high' campaigns, which is just one of the problems
I expect to see.
Now I'm sure there's people abusing it around here too, but one thing about it being part of the culture for so long is that people are eased into it. As opposed to it going from: it is the devil..
to: freely available down the street.

What's your point AxeD? A legalisation will wreak havoc upon European minds?

I really hope it's legalised just so all the irritating stoners who have nothing else to their personality can shut up about how it should be legalised and is a cure to everything.

More so than keeping it illegal I guess
But yeah, it's not even legal here in NL. Why are governments suddenly rushing into it.
At least consider decriminalization before making it widely available.
I admit our construction is weird as well though, because growing it in large quantities is illegal, but shops are selling it in large amounts.

I'm pretty sure opinions vary, either way I didn't start this initiative

my friend who was cited for smoking recently said that the cop told her, "you know i would usually give someone like you a break, but this'll probably legal next year"
