i think the lead here is a little too basic.the bass is pretty good. I think the drums could be beefed up a little.

Can't say I don't agree with that. Interesting you state that because I usually feel I have way too much going on at once, so it's nice to see you actually found it to be basic. Perhaps an improvement I can make is to adjust some parameters, or automate rather as the song progresses to give it so more depth.
