The annual event of electronic culture
Over ten editions, the Electron festival has become the most important electronic event in Switzerland, thanks to an innovative and bold artistic approach, which resonates far beyond the Swiss borders. Resolutely urban, the event occupies every year a dozen venues in the heart of Geneva during Easter weekend and offers a unique programme, combining DJ sets, live sets, novel collaborations, dance performances, movies, conferences, VJing and contemporary art.
During the eleventh edition more than 100 artists will make Geneva dance with the jerky and unflagging rhythms of the electronic culture, whether at the heart of the festival connecting l’Usine to the Palladium, or in more intimate and specialized venues, such as the Fonderie, la Gravière, Silencio and Weetamix. The mix of genres will definitely take place this year and bring together, from 17 to 20 April 2014, the best of electronic culture, with novel collaborations and creations specially conceived for the event.
