Arguably one of the most important artists within the Drum and Bass scene.
Heist is known for a multitude of involvements, including his ability and skill as a DJ, label releases that span over a decade and management of his own imprints ‘Sumo Beatz’, ‘Co-Lab’ & ‘Calypso’.
Holding both a unique and versatile character as an artist, Heist has touched upon the majority of sub-genres within Drum and Bass through his production, spanning from timeless ‘Jump Up’ tracks to classic rollers. In addition to this, working closely alongside Goldie has led to remixing tracks for reputable artists such as Roni Size, Joker and Calvin Harris.
