Anybody given this a go yet? I've been trying it out for the last week or so and is actually pretty fun, you just go on listen to some music, type what you think (and can do so anonymously if you feel like being harsh! :6: ) and then it gives you a tiny bit of money in return (not much but it could add up if it's your thing)

I did a little write up on my blog but just curious to see if anyone from DSF has already gotten on this?

Might give it a shot. I'm curious what the artist's are getting on their end. Do these comments post to SC or something?

From what I gather it's just feedback for them and also in the case of the better ones exposure (it posts the name at the end of the track)

This is actually the other end to it where you can sign up as a band/artist if you want more info on it though.

How much do you get-ish? Like 1 buck for... how many tracks?

So, I just spent 15 minutes checking out the site and what's entailed. I'll share my finding.

From the reviews I did, I got between $0.05 and $0.15. You get paid when you submit a review. But, you have listen to each track for 90 seconds at least.

When writing the review it has to be over a certain number of words. Your review has to reflect your rating. I tried to copy and paste an Amazon review, but it wouldn't allow it.

A median of $0.10 per review isn't worth it in my opinion. You're wasting so much time for so little money. Some may see a potential to earn $40 an hour, but you can't submit that many reviews in an hour. You're limited. Each time you submit a review your "energy" goes down. You could probably do 10 an hour, which is $1 per hour.

You'd probably have more success money wise knocking door to door selling your album, lol.

Yeah, agreed. Again this isn't going to be a "quit your day job money money money!" type thing. After all at the best payment offering you're still getting less than minimum wage. So better to see it as a bit of fun with a little pocket money involved :)
