He uses Reason so my best guess is that the sound was made in Malstrom. It would probably be easier to make in Massive though. Watch Barely Alive's growl bass tutorial and do something similar with the filters/sine shaper. Try using a more open shape on the performer and use different oscs to try to get a similar tone. Formant square with a lot of resonence would probably work alright.
