So I've just released an album and I wanna make a video next week. what I do know is that I want most of it animated but I don't have much ideas yet, anybody has some nice ideas that fits the music and the cover of this album?

how do you do those stars?

Sounds good man, you should collab with some rappers.

Anyway if you have a decent budget, contact some animators. They should be willing to sit down with you and discuss what it should look like. If not, maybe try some people who are graduating in illustration/film.

You might want to contact a local Art college - ask if they have a video production class and assign each song to a separate creator.

Some of the music sounds kind of "old stuff off VHS that isn't a film or a tv show" if that makes any sense.

how about….

showing through the eyes of a person…going around town….
but with the entire frame pencil schetched in like a blue…

and whenever they come across something
that reminds them of the fantastical elements in your cover
…everything goes colorful
as if the fantasy world spills out into the dull world…

just like the cover….

and I like ronzlos idea of having different people
- do different songs…

but what if they all used the same concept…
pick a base mood color for the song - for the initial pencil sketch...
and then have the encountered things come to life…

then the progression would be in drawing styles
and how they handle the encountered things…

as if the subjects view of the world is growing and changing
with each new thing/song…

You would just have to make sure they weren't doing the
exact same things…

it's not a particularly unique idea - but it has loads of potential
and your cover lends itself to the concept immediately.

Go black and white for starters. Colour videos are boring.

Loads of hoes dancing about in pink bikinis/pink Chevvys driving by

a single tracking shot of you walkin through your hood

some decent music in there. at times a bit too "cleanly produced" for my taste, if that makes any sense? but enjoyed the jam.

Thanks a lot for all the ideas, I think most of em are awesome, especially the 1 shot walking thing with all the colourfull things. I think I can do something like that but with half of it animated so it gets really trippy.
I just got fired from my job yesterday so now I am fully dedicated to also make a video thats on the same quality( I hope !). My budget is what I make with bandcamp so its not a whole lot but I hope there are some amateurs out there that can do the job
