Ok so I may sound totally noobish BUUUTTTT! Ive been making music for a while and I have been wanting to know the entire time how to add that electric/metallic noise to your synths... The best example I can think of where it is constantly used is Nit Grit ... all I can guess is its a mixture of bandpass's and chorus FX please help xD ... Also maybe im calling it the wrong thing ... is there a specific term for this style of sound?? thank you all!!

There is alot of what im talking about at the drop @1:23

Wow thank you for your wisdom xD ... resonance alone doesnt do it though ... What filters or eqs bring this style to life??

Don't mind douche nugget. Its actually really easy. Its just a really short delay and reverb. Usually some like 22ms. Comb filter and chorus can also help bring it out.
