FL Studio ASIO4ALL starts crackling randomly?

It's a strange problem, I will be using Asio4all and it will be fine for about 20 mins then suddenly start crackling and making god awful sounds. To fix it I simply switch to the Primary sound driver then back to Asio again and it's fine....until about another 20 mins lol.

I had FL 10 then upgraded to 11. The problem was present in both.

It's always triggered by doing something like opening a synth or changing a point in an automation clip. However, this is only after about 20 mins of use. If I fix the problem and then try to recreate it straight away, nothing happens and FL runs as normal with asio :/

I don't have an external sc as I never get latency problems.

I have a laptop with FL studio as well and never have the problem so its my desktop (win 7 professional)

It's not a production breaker, but Just wondered if anyone here had experienced the same problem and knows how to fix it.

Thanks

Sounds like a buffer overload.

Click "Mix in Buffer Switch" and "Triple Buffer"

If they're already on, turn em off.

Try turning off your wireless adapter for internet. I had the same situation before: things would start out fine, and then crackling would start up even when I wasn't using hardly any cpu. I would reinitialize ASIO and it would go away for a little bit and come back.
I think wireless keyboards can cause this problem too.
