Hi I have tried to find a tutorial and tried figuring it out on my own but I cannot get the desired effect so would love if someone more knowledgable could help me. I think it may be a gate or side chain compressor to a ghost track or even some sort of lfo tool but just cannot get it right. It is the pumping sound at 1:30 at the drop

1/12 LFO with a downwards ramp assigned to the volume

Yep, this. I used to use the saw-stlye LFO in Massive to do this all the time to get stuttered basses. You can either add the LFO to the volume, or the cutoff of a nice filter - gives different results but both work.
Add in a normally 4x4 or 2x4 sidechain on top from something like LFO Tool and it can sound even better.
