Does rusko sample 'jahova in dub majesty' by Twinkle Bros?

in his tune jahova. as its about to drop it sounds like the vocal sample at the beginning of jahova in dub majesty by the twinkle brothers. i cant really tell to be honest. anyone care to enlighten me???

Yes the one from Rusko comes from Mad Professor - Kunte Kinte.
Original Kunte Kinte recently been repressed by pressure sound on 7", BIG FUNDATION TUNE !!!
