Signed up for a new account and it thinks im someone else...

What I mean is that I signed up for an account with the name Materia. I get on it says I've been an active user since 2010...Was there a Materia that deleted their account? What should I do?
I mean it even still has his avatar and sig set...

we just had a new system put in place. this may be the reason why.

Do not assume the identity. Log out, empty your browser cache and register a new account. Provided you're not Jan Materia (a friend of mine)!
