Songs been up for a while; but there's no any real feedback.

Soundcloud

I'm trying to form my own style so feedback's kinda important. What i want is honest criticism of the track so i know where to improve if i want to perfect the style I'm after.

Thanks :4:

I like your kick. I dont like the random reverse kicks. I think it could work but maybe a reverse snare or add some more perc elements immediately following the reverse kick. I like after the first drop around 2:20 you can faintly hear some piano in the back. I think you should really bring the level of that up. I assume thats your own melody cuz i dont remember it from the original song, thats the kind of stuff that will define your style. So imo you should emphasize your original elements more. Real chill song i like it, i like the drums. I like the feel of it and all. One other thing i could add is it sounds a little too much like the original with a tempo change, new beat, and some atmosphere. Id suggest trying to make it your own more...if that makes any sense. I hope this was helpful, tried to give u as much constructive criticism as i could. All in all I think it was really well done

I really like the beat except the reverse kick thing, try reversing a snare or a cymbal i think would fit best because the drum samples are chilled out in here very nice! I think it could do with some sub bass but that could be a personal preference.
The only other thing I can think of is adding some effects throughout the tune it will give it a different feel right away if you add the right sounds. hope this helps peace!
