kool im after some reece samples or if any 1 can hekp me with making my own in fruity loops 7 would b apreciated alot safe

6 or 7 detuned saw oscs with some distortion will give you something close then resample the fuk out of it for a more unique sound, cos lets face it, the reece has been done to death

Any synth with a saw waveform -> layer -> detune -> distort -> resample -> repeat in no particular order.

reece stabs + wobble bass+ skittery hihat + verb'ed snare = done to death. if you're gonna go that route you gotta have something stellar. just a warning. I'm always for folks wanting to make music but at this point, there's just so much of that particular sound out-- really find a way to make what you do special.

Basslines... . Although you could resample anything.
For example
Make a simple bass in a synth (maybe just give it some modulation), bounce it down. Then split it into several channels (i usually do 3, sub/midrange/treble) then add fx's (distortion, phasing, reverb etc) to the mid and treble, bounce it down. And repeat til its sounding big.
Thats resampling, or atleast thats what i do and say that i am resampling.

Resampling means recording your output as a sound samples to apply further effects. It makes the sound designing process simpler and eases the cpu.

resampling is fun too!
I think learning to make a dutty reese is good in that it helps a person see how sound can transorm from something flat into something exciting.

Once you've gone through the process of making your own reece from scratch you realize that your possibiliities are ENDLESS.
I predict the next big thing will be vocoding - using samples for both source and modulation. Has some crazy effects. Sound designers delight.
