i wasn't going to open a topic about a single tune, but this one ...

it was one of the last tunes Quest played at the Deep Medi Night in Amsterdam



i got so emo, really, my face looked like i was crying, my heart was pounding, my body floathing, my mind in 3 different places (a joyfull, an unexplainable exited/overwhelmed and a deep emotional place)
actually, i never felt really bad about my parents devorce, but suddenly the whole drama about all that shit was going trough my mind and was let out. absolutely amazing, especially when you think that i was pretty drunk and in a partyvibe all night, zone'n out and all, and then..

really, i haven't felt anything like this before when listening to music.
the only things that got close are Joy Division, Tom Waits and mozart on the funeral of my granddad.

Quest makes music that moves you!

He's is one of the few producers I know that makes really soulful music, that comes from the soul and yes, his tunes have made certain man cry (You know who you are!)

yeah quest makes ridiculously good music.

quest made a comment on his subfm show that seeing people be moved by this tune at the deep medi party brought tears to his eyes.

i love his musik so much - and i love the fact that it invokes raw emotion in its listeners.

but Quest is a top notch producer, he is producing some great tunes, emotional and heartbreaking 'songs'.
