Will be travelling to Germany and Czech Republic

Hey guys,
I've never been to Germany or Czech before. I'll be heading to Munich, Prague and Berlin in November and I was wondering if you guys could suggest some clubs to go to or places to see while I'm there. I plan on dancing my ass off to see some legit club music (not like the stuff we have here in Canada).
Know of any good websites or resources that will be useful while I'm there? I'm hoping that I'll be able to see a couple proper DJs or nights while in Munich, Prague or Berlin.
If you've been or live there, please suggest some things for me to do
Cheers!

if you're in munich on the 7th or 8th of november, check out BASSart Festival:
http://www.bassart.org/
and make sure to check out Rote Sonne Club:

do you need some more tips for berlin or is berghain enough?

Thank you for the tips for Munich! I haven't heard of BASSart yet and I'll be in the city for those dates! Yeah I think my friend and I planning to go to Rote Sonne or BobBeaman for my bday. It's actually on November 5th ha.
I'll be in Berlin solo, so any tips help for that would be great. Even any cool activites/places to see you think a foreigner should check out. It'll be the 25th anniversary of the wall coming down so I think it'll be a cool time to be there. But I'm there from the 12th-17th of November.

If you have never been there before, check out Revaler Str. 99, a big industrial area with lots of clubs and streetart, you have to be there when you're in berlin!
berlin on bike has nice tours for tourist but it depends on the weather.

Neni Berlin is a nice restaurant on the top floor of a hotel which is build on an alternative shopping mall:

Erfinder Laden is a nice shop where you can buy things which are currently being tested, have a patent pending and most of them can't be bought anywhere else:

martin gropius bau is good, too:
