Newark’s Dälek are one of the hardest working acts around, constantly touring their dark and skull crushingly heavy version of hip hop across the world. Inspired lyrics of dälek cut through dense soundscapes of industrial noise, haunting ambience and punishing idm beats, laid down by DJ Oktopus. They create a sound that taps into the subconscious to create a truly memorable live performance- psychedelic and scary as hell. Signed to Mike Patton’s Ipecac label and having toured with De La Soul, Pharcyde, Dillinger Escape Plane and Isis, Dälek have earned their reputation at the forefront of experimental hip-hop. Playing as a four piece live band this show is not to missed.
