Getter/JPhelpz/Etc Vocal Samples?

So, if you've listened to tracks by some of the heavier dubstep producers like Getter and JPhelpz, etc, there are these kinda vocal samples in between downbeats, usually dudes shouting "HEY!" or "WHAT."
So what I wanna know is, since I've heard the same samples in multiple songs (Labco's Dread Talk and Donny's Search and Destroy have the same vocal stab) they must be getting them from some common source. Anyone know where I can get in on some of that?

They're called "chants". I think Vengeance has a few packs of them.

Lil Jon Vocal Chant. Can find them in trap sample packs.
