Guttural kinda Riddim bass, needs something more to it

So I've been screwing with Massive's double notch and bandpass filters. Something about this throaty bass I've been using sounds kinda...I dunno, like it's missing something. Do I need to split it and boost more of the frequencies?

There is a lot of unnessecary feedback between your wobbles. When it is in MAXIMUM FILTERED position there is some funky stuff going on. Clear that up and then all you really have to do is do an overall boost of your lows and maybe a touch of highs. Maybe throw a little saturation on there i think it will sound pretty gnarly.

Okay, so I worked a lot more on processing and did more frequency boosting to keep it sounding filled out.
