Big thread on it there. Got a little heated I believe.
As for this remix: not the one for me.
I reckon some Dubstep tunes could be DnB remixed pretty well, but I don't think Zinc is the man to do it. Not really fair to judge it just off that tiny clip though I suppose.

if it was an original Zinc tune as opposed to a remix of a dubstep tune, would any of us be discussing it here??

ah seen, feel free to lock away mods
not a massive fan to be honest but can see me getting my quick skank on if it came on in a dnb dance

novelty... comes to mind
people are addicted to the hook, hes put some generic dnb behind the hook..

ennit, this is woeful - dnb destroys the whole impact of the hook...

it's horrible... so is the deep concentration remix...
but I hate all that stuff anyway. has nothing to do with the 170bpm music I love.

if skream hadn't remixed who dub... if moody boys or whoever hadn't remixed amy winehouse... if coki hadn't made ruff loving... if Pinch hadn't remixed Answer... if villalobos hadn't remixed blood on my hands...

but that's kinda the point i was trying to make - aside from sounding like Night played at 78rpm over a jump-up DnB riddim. If it wasn't for some tenuous link with a dubstep tune, noone in the dubstep scene would give it the blindest bit of notice...it gets played at FWD and the place goes off, but without the BOO BOO BOO BOO BOO BOO BOOOOOOOOO etc it just wouldn't.
none of us are having discussions on here about Minnie Ripperton or Tony Tuff, are we?
I think I'm just trying to figure out what all the fuss is about/why anyone gives a toss that Zinc rmxed Night. Move along, nothing to see here etc.

fair play man, i'm obviously not getting my point across well enough, but I won't bother trying to reiterate it....
