What's your favourite video tutorial about dubstep and electronic music in general?

Seamless's "how to bass" seems to be pretty solid.

Not exactly tutorials, but Noisia & Pendulum masterclasses came to my mind.

EDIT: These are not really helpful for me anymore (haven't been in years), but I remember watching tutorials from some guy called KevWillow7 in Youtube, when I started with FL Studio.

Hey man awesome Idea for a thread :)
I have been messing around with FL studio for a while now and I finally understand it inside and out, so I will give a few of my favorite tutorials for people just getting into FL, and for those who finally understand it and want to make something.

Beginner:

1- If you have never used FL studio I would recommend learning music theory. In these tutorials by Varien he shows you the basics of music theory. These helped me figure out how melodies are created.

2- This tutorial series is perfect for you if you have have never used FL studio before and need somewhere to being. Even if you are coming from Logic Pro, Cubase, Ableton live or anyother DAW I would recommend watching these :)

3- Here is a good 30 minute long video on the basics of the program

Intermediate:

1- This may not be the best tutorial ever but It really helped me figure out how producers use sample packs to create your songs. It shows how you can be creative with already made sounds to make your own song. He uses the VEC3 pack in this video I think and although its not the best pack ever made, its a good one to start off with

2- Seamlessr's how to bass tutorials are amazing. They really showed me how to use the VSTs I had and what to do with them.

Intermediate Plus:

1- I don't believe that there are that many Pro tutorials out there that can show you exactly how producers do, but these are some tutorials for people who know FL studio now and know their VSTs inside and out and want to make a song. Here is a great video it really opened my eyes. I would recommend following along and making the 8 bar drum setup and arps on your own and then using your synths as fillers just like he did

Here is a little something I made in about 5 minutes using the Virtual Riot sample pack and the discipled recordings holiday pack with some drums from VDUB2
Soundcloud

I hope that this helps out someone, if you would like any further help feel free to message me on soundcloud and hopefully I will see ya around on the Forum again :) Good luck <3

Seamless has so much material it's redic. The most helpful for me have been Barley Alive and Virtual Riot vids. When you get stuff from pros like that, take it to heart.
