Isn't music blocked on Youtube in Germany? I mean I use it a lot and I've been bookmarking
stuff that I like for about two years, but I'm fairly sure a ton of people won't be able to
listen to most or any of this.

At first I was a little skeptical as I'm not a big Caribou fan but then I noticed Aphrodite's Child - The Four Horsemen and Alice Coltrane right near the start and got pretty interested.

That wasn't meant to be me showing off. Just that I already have heard of most people in here. It's got some quality selections though. Could play it on shuffle all afternoon.

yeah see i dont know much music before like the late 80s/90s and wouldnt even know where to start with some of the old funk, jazz, and crazy trippy hippy shit thats in there

youtube blocks music which they think might have any link to GEMA cos they couldn't come to an agreement over their bullshit fees
only really affects more commercial stuff though some old funk and soul can be hit too if it had major label connections

I had the same thing, although I've only looked through the first 200.
There's quite a lot of big record companies in that list I think.
Lot of 60's/70s Atlantic, Columbia etc.. figured that would be blocked
in Germany, but I haven't experienced it to be honest.
