what would you consider "90s experimental dubstep"? dubstep wasn't around in the 90s... not quite sure what aesthetic you're looking for?

I can only guess, but you might like some of the following...

99% positive you'd be into Mount Kimbie - Crooks & Lovers LP

worth checking out:
Kode9 & Daddy Gee - Spit / Spit Dub
Kode9 & Daddy Gee - Sign of the Dub / Stalker
Kode9 & The Spaceape - Kingstown
Digital Mystikz - Neverland / Stuck
Shackleton - Blood On My Hands / Naked / Hypno Angel
Appleblim & Peverelist - Circling / Over Here
Burial - South London Boroughs EP
Burial - Burial LP
Burial - Untrue LP
Pangea - You & I / Router
Pearson Sound - Blanked / Blue Eyes
Livity Sound (that's a label)
Punch Drunk (another label)

these are a bit harder, but maybe you're into it. very rough & heavy.
Mala - Misty Winter / Conference
Gatekeeper - Tomb
Vex'd - Degenerate LP

let me know if you liked anything and I'll try to give you pointers to dig a bit deeper. or just go on discogs.com and find other releases by the artists & the labels they've released on.

I interpreted his words as "I want 90's dubstep with an aesthetic similar to Flying Lotus, Knxwledge & Teebs", decided to ignore it and recommend some good music instead.
