Can't figure out how to make this sound

that´s the Diamond Eyes Sample isn´t it ?
well for me it just sounds like a Growl cuted up and randomly put back togehter so the first thing you should do is to try make a Growl that sounds as ruff as his (and has the same timber) and then cut it up
