yo

I've been pretty much only eating microwave meals this autumn. How about we discuss them in here.

IMO M&S Shanghai Beef Noodles is probably the best one out there. A bit on the pricey side at around 4 quid, yes, but worth it.

Iceland have a lot of good ones, especially for the price. Their Mac and Cheese aint half bad, and you can usually get it for 80 pence. Bargain. Their indian ones aren't that good but alright for the price.

Tescos ones are pretty dodgy in my experience. I found a bunch of blood in their curry sauce, which wasn't nice. They just strange too. When not on sale they're pretty much the same price as the M&S ones, which are way better. I haven't tried every one of them though tbf. Iceland so far beats tescos despite being much cheaper.

Blood? Sure it wasn't just ghee/some other generic oil?

microwave food has always been so grim to me

first and foremost mostly because of the alternating zones of super heated food plasma and absolute zero permafrost

u need to arrange the food in an O shape instead of a mound... that ensures even heating

yo, that mac and cheese microwave meals are nearly the only ones i really like but i think they are the piff

curry ones are aite usually,

tortelloni in a pack is usually very cheap and decent sized meal, put in a bowl, cover that shit with boiling water, then put that shit in the microwave for the cooking time the pack says, it's not ideal but if that's your only way of cooking it'll work, i think it'll work with any pasta

in first year uni they didn't do much food on the weekends and we only had a microwave in my block i have since moved on from these maneuvers
