I know very little about Norwegian house but I think youre right

also im not restricting myself to oslo, norways too fucking small and over half of the dance music guys are from out in the country

to be fair pretty much every garage label was either based on holloway road, hornsey road, caledonian road or junction road so i reckon north london covers garage
