Whole track could do with turning up a bit, the tambourine could be a little louder, same as the snare. Everything after the first saw bass is getting drowned out by the other elements, all sounds a bit muddy. Could do with boosting up the mids a bit.
You'll get a better response from other people who's hear is more trained than mine.

and yeah, ya hats need turning up...more crack on the snare, big whole in ya
1k-5k mark..kicks, basslines a bit too loud compared with rest of track..i suspect ya reference speakers aren't that good?..
but as i said, grab a speectrum analyser and that's gonna tell ya pretty quickly where the wholes are?

If you use FL7, the Parametric EQ doubles as an analyser

I tend to use Logic's Channel EQ analyser, but also occasionally checkout Ozone's.
It's very handy to be able to see the freqs when editing/EQing but ultimately remember to trust your ears, never make a final decision based on what it looks like.

your ears are best for getting the overall mix right, but it does help alot to have an accurate analyser, especially if you are using crap speakers, but once you get to know your crap speakers well, the mixdown will get better.
Most professional studio's have a crap pair of speakers around as a reference pair too...rembering that 90% of people listen to music on crap speakers.
the multi inspector above will display different coloured levels for each additional channell you put it on.
remember to solo your channells too, so you can see exactly what frequency range each sound is taking...
and in the case of having shit speakers, this will telll you alot about where they are misrepresenting the sound, if ya amp has a built an eq, you might be able to eq ya speakers to get a more accurate sound...
most hi fi speakers have a mind of their own..including expensive hi fi brands like tannoy, warfdale etc etc.

and if ya do end up using the multi inspector resist the urge to try to get some sounds peaking at 0db.
if you get to the stage where you seek professional mastering they are gonna ask you too turn everything down to -4 to -1 db anyway.
