Logic help please

only been using it a week but its a beast of a thing...
this is gonna sound really stupid, but how do you export the finished track as a wav, i've tried the help file but cannot work it out. When i click digital mixdown it just lumps all the midi files together as one, and the only export options are midi/logic song/tl/omf. I'm prob just being thick but if anyone could help it would be much appreciated..
