Why would I want to record shitty video on a phone? I have this:

;)

I'm sure there will be video recording later on for the cinematographers out there.

I dunno. I don't tend to film many drunks.

But, anyway. Built in movie camera or not, I love the iPhone lots. It's like a computer in the pocket. I've given it to people who have not seen one before and they instinctively know how to use it. That's proper design for you.

Thats a 35mm adaptor for the fixed lens isn't it? How do you find using that in practice?

Yep. Brevis 35mm adapter.

The results look like film (Especially with the Panasonic running at 24p and crushed blacks, etc) which I'm happy with.

Otherwise, it's a pain in the arse and might need a focus puller, just like a film camera.

The adds might have helped, but ,well, it's simple, isn't it. Some people pride themselves in learning complicated shit, whilst others just want a hammer to hit nails with.

;)

I don't think I can take a step in LA without being able to hook up to 20 or so Wifi networks, though. :) I hardly use edge.
