where are the Baredubs digital downloads?

greets,
purchased a digital download file 3 days ago, and still haven't found a link or so. how does the system work?

www.barefiles.com
Log in and at the top you'll see a link called "View Downloads", click that and you'll see the links, or check your email.

thanks for the reply!
unfortunately i have received no email with download instructions, and even when logged in i don't have access to the "view downloads" section.
the order does appear in my history however.
help appreciated !

it's always better to raise such issues with the service provider directly rather than posting on the forum.
