Since I'll be spending the weekend in London for dmZ I'd love to visit some nice sneaker/clothing shops as well.
Any tips?

Look for Neal Street and the surrounding area.
Come out of Leicester Sq tube, head towards Covent Garden up Longacre and it's the cobbled road on the left after the big Marks and Spencers.
Carnaby Street (tucked behind Regent Street/tube Oxford Circus) is also good. You can walk from one to the other - Soho seperates them.
There is also a crazy shop that specialises solely in baseball caps in Soho, I think it's on Rupert Street or Brewer's Street...can't quite remember.
Hope you have a credit card.
