depending on your age you would probably call this track a 'speed garage' or 'bassline house'

its basicaly a whopping track with fast beats.. HUGE b Line, raggae samples.. drum rolls, and time stretching..

i almost fell upon this track.. the b line came from me just messing about within the sequencer.. and the beats took care of themselves..

I would be interested in your feedback as im feeling this track..
would recommend playing on a proper stereo / mp3 player as apposed to ur PC speakers..

pls download here.. (files only 11mb)

Really nice drum samples. Try shuffling them beats a bit more and maybe put a nice square wave monosynth with portamento lead line type deal (but only if you want to be stereotypical)! Could use some more driving melodic developments to push the song along... nice though. I would hesitate before calling it bassline.

cheers for the feedback..
ive been playing around trying to find a lead as u suggested..
just not found what im looking for..
and agree with the beats.. they can defo be played around with more.

like i said originally.. it fell together really.. and defo room for some more variation!
but have to say its the most fun tunes ive made in a while..

and about calling it bassline house.. to me this is a speed garage track.. simple as.. i remember speed garage from 1997 time.
but i know some people have started to refer to tracks like this as bassline house.. but to me it'll always be speed garage!

(so maybe i'll take bassline title off !!)

thanks for feedback.. expect some updates as i play around!

Nice one

Rennie
