i believe it is yeh, heavy tune too. Its a collaborative one too, ive always wondered how many of them are (as opposed to solo efforts released under the shared name)

try this:

I bagged the wax recently!

i always presumed that as the stuff on the DMZ imprint was properly credited - ie some of them do actually say 'built by coki' (dmz5 i think?) and some just 'built by digi mystikz' that that would be true for the BA stuff as well.

its true, i guess i just thought some of those attributed to digital mystikz as a duo sounded distinctly like one of them, but it could just be that one or the other was more influential in its production obviously!

yeah Ive wondered that too .. on the scream-mala-chef stella session earth a run red is credited as coki and misty winter to mala but the soul jazz release credits both tracks as digital mysticz which made me wonder which tracks actually are colabs and which are solo bits on other DM releases.

So let me get this straight...'everyone's talking about Mawo Dub' all of a sudden. The EP has sold out at Independence all of a sudden. And all this just a few days after I controversially posted a high quality MP3 of the track. I have to ask you: Is there a connection?!

'Everyone's talking about it' means that three or four people mentioned it in the 'what tunes are you feeling' thread or something, and they've been sold out for days. Why not just let people forget about what happened?

And I honestly can't believe the other big apple plates are still there - three stone cold CLASSICS and they haven't been snapped up yet!

cos it just keeps going round in my head...do MP3s actually benefit sales at all? everyone has an opinion but where's the hard facts? I'm just clutching at straws really. I really need to get the fuck out of this place, its bad for my mental health. see ya!!

The whole file sharing thing's been talked to death on every forum I've ever been to, and it just upsets people :(

lolllllllllll.
right, so because it's upsetting let's not talk about it.
PAY for the music. all the excuses people come up with in justification of filesharing is the problem. the subject itself is fascinating on many levels.

To my shame I wasn't the one who ended the big file sharing fights on this forum. If I remember correctly, you locked both the threads that tackled the issue because they were becoming abusive.

It is annoying, because it's an interesting subject, and I'd like to discuss it sensibly, but on the internet especially, whenever the subject is raised people seem to act irrationally and believe it's an issue of absolutes - that just makes people angry, and I've decided it's not worth it anymore.

you don't remember correctly, and yes abusive threads get moved and/or locked down.

I've a question for you seckle - if you really think file sharing is absolutely wrong and that there's no reason to defend it even remotely, why do you think it's a "fascinating subject"? Surely if it's so evil, and no defense is good enough for you, it's not even worth talking about?
