Kato!..... You're a fucking idiot.

Firstly, I had a listen to your tunes, and I wouldn't want to take any advice from you about production. Instead of coming on here on your high horse telling people to fuck off because of their stupid threads, you should spend some more time working on your production.

Secondly, I've seen you talking about torrents in a few posts on this forum... READ THE RULES DICKHEAD. It looks bad on the forum as a whole, and if you like the software you use, support the developers and GO FUCKING BUY IT.

Thirdly, I hardly ever post on here, but due to you being a total wankstain, I felt that I had to.

So we can all make middle of the road wankstep like you do? No ta.... (btw Reason isn't a DAW)

@ Abstrakt Arts

I don't know if you know about this or not but click on the bottom left button "channel 8 & 9 exclusive" then load a sample is 8 and 9, 1 of those samples should have a longish release. Clicking that button doesn't allow redrum to play both samples at the same time, so you can cut the other off like a gate. Usually used for open hihats, then a closed straight afterwards, but get creative with it, use it for pads, rewire some CVs to them and control other instrument's gate info.

Personally though, I use the NN-XT for beats, trust me, MUCH more control.

No sarcasm doesn't work on here! But winding people up does! ha! Who's this pepper guy? He slagged of my productions! bit harsh, just hope he's not anyone important! :-)

As for tips on using redrum, here's one, if you want to add some sub to your kik, simply cable the gate out of the kik redrum channel into the gate in on one of the synths, probably subtracter, now just create a sub patch press play and hey presto, an nice subby kik.

P.s who the funk is pepper? I want some constructive criticism!

All is good!

Seen benga last night! some wicked tunes in his set and dubstep sounds really damn awesome through the JBL system @ nation (cream), but he kept stopping tracks now and again, is this a trade mark of his?

you can get some cool effect when using the sequencer. try using some flam on a snare you can get a nice little roll. or even use the shuffle button to get more of a natural or bouncy rhythm to your beats. its worth experimenting with.
