Cutoff - Skream??

track 48.34 into the chef skream rinse show 23/05/06 Skream said it was called cutoff but he didnt say if it was him or not.. does anyone if its a Skream track or not? Whoever done it , it is a stoned cold TUNE !! Its been going round my head all week.

99% sure its Skream yeah. Cos its only ever him ive ever herad play it and it also sounds a lot lioke his music.
