Jack Dangers is the veteran composer and sound sculptor behind Meat Beat Manifesto.
His constantly evolving musical invention has
generated a long string of influential futuristic classics, "God O.D.",
"Strap Down", "Psyche Out", "Helter Skelter", "Radio Babylon", "Edge
of No Control" and "It's The Music". The single, "Prime Audio Soup",
from the Meat Beat Manifesto album Actual Sounds and Voices, was
featured in the sci-fi fantasy blockbuster The Matrix and on its
platinum-selling soundtrack.
An acknowledged innovator in the electronic music scene, Jack
Dangers continues to stretch sonic boundaries and influence new
generations of sound activists. As a premiere remixer, producer and
sound designer, he has played a seminal role in defining tomorrows'
music today.

***********

Raz Mesinai has produced over a dozen albums on such diverse
labels as Asphodel, Instinct, The Agriculture, old school dub & punk
label ROIR, and John Zorn’s Tzadik imprint. His music synthesizes
modern technology, contemporary composition, improvisation and
live dub techniques. In 1991, Mesinai formed the seminal modern dub
duo Sub Dub with veteran producer John Ward. This made him a key
figure in the New York electronic and experimental scenes. In 1994
he released his first solo album “Bedouin Sound Clash” under the
moniker Badawi. The Badawi project has continued to evolve and the
newest Badawi release, “Unit of Resistance”, includes remixes by
Kode 9, DJ Rupture, & DJ Spooky among others. In 2005 Mesinai’s
opera, “Myth Of Nations,” based on the ancient Sumerian myth of
Inanna’s descent to the Underworld, premiered at The Kitchen in
NYC, and was performed at the Etna Festival in Catania, Sicily. In
2008, the Kronos Quartet will premiere Mesinai’s “Crossfader” for
string quartet.
