lol, just got back to my flat in Leeds.. I'm an ocd clean freak and its kinda a necessary ritual of mine to CLEAN (not 'tidy'!) my obode upon arriving having been gone for a significant amount of time - couple weeks or more..

Would usually bang out the music and do it but all i have are my macbook built-ins, not very strong.. dont overpower the hoover

do it as soon as you get in, otherwise you'll get in chill out mood and get nothing done.

Yup. Been back since about 2pm, rooms worse off than when I first got here.. was nervously snacking on Frosties as I watched the match and during various points in the game I got a bit excited and dropped the box a couple times. Now I have (crushed) Frosties all over my carpet!

i have cereal scattered in various places

lol, adds to the empty bottle of pepper sauce and the pre-easter pizza boxes in the corner

you can tell what music & dvds ive bought in the last 6 months as theyre stacked up all over the place

i went a few weeks doing no washing up except for when i needed a plate

id reuse all the mugs:)

ive nipped that in the bud after a mate pointed out its grim

I only tidy when it gets TO much, I don't really think its in many peoples genes to clean up.


We need them two birds who go round and cleans peoples house, to do everyone in the SNH's house once a month

Eh, cleaning your room isn't very hard.

Take some boxes.

Organize the boxes by contents (paper, vinyl, computer shit, etc.)

Fill up each box one at a time.

Arrange everything according to what it is.

mate of mine always cleans up when he's mashed after a night out, wakes up the morning after with a clean flat and he can't even remember tidying up
