so here's the SamplePack generated for round 4.

RULES:

- only use samples from this samplepack (no synths allowed!)
- feel free to modify any sample as you wish (audacity/soundforge/etc. is your friend)
- don't use any sound sources other than in the samplepack provided or you'll get disqualified

2 more important things:

1) Please upload your finished tunes to your webspace (or divshare, yousendit and services like these) and send me the URL instead of a 320kbps mp3 per email, ok? Don't even think of sending me a 320 via email.

2) tag and name your mp3s correctly!

And does it have to be strictly dubstep? Know the last one didn't, unsure if the rules have changed
