Don't know of any programs like you mention. You'v probably thought of this already. have you tried recording onto the mac? Its a simple sollution but affective, assuming your mac has an input, that is. :?

when there is a serial their is always a way around =) but are you sure audacity was setup right? i had problems at first but got it right...check the pms.

I think you need to update your WireTap, mine runs fine on Tiger…

Audio Hijack is comparable to WireTap

in addition - mac the ripper is a good free app for ripping dvds

Handbrake is also great (and extremely fast) for ripping DVDs. I get 80+ fps ripping DVDs to MPEG4 on my dual G5, 30-40 fps ripping to h.264…
