One of the biggest D&B producers out there.
If you like High Contrast you should check out Cyantific, Danny Byrd, Nu:Tone and Logistics

Danny Byrds new album out soon !
Will be getting my hands on that soon as its on Beatport.
Logistics is one of my favs aswell, his Reality Checkpoint LP is shit-hot. Some real stormers and experimental tracks on it.

You should check out some of Nu:Tone's stuff too.
And Matrix & Futurebound too - all nice and bubbly with tight production
The Commix album is wicked as well.

The scene's wicked in Sheffield. Loads of drum&bass, dubstep etc. all the time. There's Detonate monthly and Tuesday Club every week which brings in all the biggest names in hip hop, d&b, dubstep etc.
Example being 10th June:
Noisia
London Elektricity
Mampi Swift
Bailey
2Shy, Lowqui, Tonn Piper
Room 2: Mary Anne Hobbs presents 'Evangeline' WORLDWIDE ALBUM LAUNCH PARTY!!!
Mary Anne Hobbs
N-Type
Tes La Rok
Oris Jay
Only £9 as well!
There's also loads of small nights across the city, big selection all over.
