Drank some fine tequila, watched some Lost, and then listened to Burial's first disc... so fucking mind melting... ended up on Google Earth hunting down the cover photo. Being from the US and having never been to Europe... I had NO CLUE where it was other than south london... took me about 20-30 drunk minutes! This has probably been done before... but here are the Lat and Long in case you want to try!

See screenshot for angle and what not.

Easiest way to get there is go to:
51 degrees 27'03.93"N 0 degrees 11'46.80"
That is the center of the little circular road in the bottom right hand corner. Then rotate from there!
Looking for that thing is how I found it.

Time well spent if you ask me and definitely worth a drunken 30 minutes. So kudos to you sir, you have just solved dubsteps greatest mystery.

it was so worth it... I almost gave up at around 15 minutes... but then I tried to think "If was him, and I wanted to take a shot of South London, what would I do?"
I figured he would take the shot from central London LOOKING South, so the "distant lights" were even more south london. So I zoomed to the middle and looked south, still thinking there was no chance. Then BAM! I saw the little circular road I was looking for!
Seriously though, no body has found this before?

Seems to be centred on wandsworth prison and strangely the shape of that is reminiscent of the burial logo...hmmmm
