Does anybody knows about any rules, laws or rights concerning the streaming and podcasting of posted mixes on a dutch dance-radio station?
How does it work? Do I have to get permission from the DJ's or are all the right's free because it's on the net already?

Im making a streaming dance radio-program for a dutch audience. The first 60 minutes i play home-made tracks of beginning producers and the idea is to fill the other 2 hours with DJ-sets.

Off course i want to plug some dubstep. Maybe someone want's to provide a set or knows something about the rights.

You can also send me an email Erik@djtrx.com

Always seek permission first. You might even be able to get someone to record a dedicated mix just for your show. This will ensure you have the most recent tunes. If you ask nicely enough on here you will probably get something. Pm me if you need putting in touch with some people.
