At the request of a military customer, Danley Sound Labs has created an absolute behemoth of bass. Using a steel cargo container they constructed "The Matterhorn" using 40 subwoofers and amplifiers producing 40 kilowatts of power.

Specification is -3dB @ 12 Hz and flat from 15-80 Hz. It will do 105 dB @ 250 meters.

fuckin flat down to 15Hz! Imagine rocking some Loefah on that!

I think this one's could be used for riot control and sonic warfare...instant wobble sickness...

this is actually very bad...these kind of frequencies at this dB level is just for inflicting pain...

guys at danley labs are proud to be 'a part of history'...avalanche control my ass!

eedyats!

Check out "Active Denial Technology". This is where crowd dispersal is going, and if it comes to the UK, when we need to protest, we will be fucked.

did a thing about that ray gun in physics at school - it's basically a microwave

basically if you use it in built-up areas there's a fair likelihood that you'll get the beam reflecting off things and coming to the same point from a few different places, seriously burning you

also there's a danger that it can destroy your retina [because your eyeball is a lens so it focuses the beam on your retina] - and glasses and contact lenses are supposed to make this worse [although i don't really udnerstand how seeing as they just act as an extra lens to make the eyeball's effect the same as with a normal eye that doesn't need glasses]

we were also told that if you have any metal on your person you can be burned by that - like if you put a spoon in the microwave and you get sparks as it's not earthed

that video seems to suggest that everything i was told is bullshit though, except the thing about built-up areas

the youtube video says 'a non-lethal weapon'...and the guy could stay in front it for just 3 seconds...what happens when a trigger happy soldier points this thing at a crowd of a few thousand? mayhem. hundreds dead, trampled on and in the end, a lot of people with severe burns...nice crowd control
