thanks dude, really means a lot
Im a bit new to electronic music in general, got into dubstep from straight dub reggae. But ambient / downtempo is a genre that I lean into a lot and with my newer projects i will be trying to set ambience as a foundation.
ever listen to Spherix? think you'd like his stuff
www.myspace.com/spherixaudio
btw, what the hell are softs ?

I was into ambient well before any dubstep.. or even jungle for that matter. I appreciate your approach in this regard, you can hear it in your work.
Theres something to be said about subtlety in the brash "in your face" world we live in.

Yess nice stuff. at some points it seems a bit busy/muffly but i think this is just a poor mix down (kick overlaping with bass)

I'm not normally a huge fan of this kind of stuff but I like this a lot. Easy on the ears and has plenty goin on to keep it interesting. Perfect kind of music for a long train journey.
Check out my new stuff if u get time
