I hear people talking about stamping/branding White Labels. What exactly is this? What have people out there done?

dunno if this is what you mean mate but most whites i've got have either just got a sticker or a standard ink stamp with the label and artist printed on. Could prob pick up one of those stamps with the whole alphabet on for a few quid from smiths.

thats if your doing a batch big enuf that you cant be bothered to write on all. but if your just doing a few take the time to go through and add some personal touches. that way there more like a van gogh painting than a happymeal toy ;P
