We've built a new, free mix hosting site!

Hello
After struggling to find a decent mix hosting site we (the good people of
sunsoundlive) built one ourselves..
mixeeba.
Good, timeless mixes deserve a better home than places like sendspace etc. Obviously as DJs ourselves we're offering a service geared towards djs.. bigger filesize (250MB), an unlimited hosting period, store tracklists, comments, feedback etc.. and anything else you can think of.
So we're looking for guinea pigs; if you'd like a place to host your mix, go ahead >

PS - It's still 'invite only', so consider this a mass invite to dubstep!
It's all free.. All we ask is you provide us some feedback with your experience

Glad you guys approve
There isn't an up load progress bar, yet, so please be patient when uploading...
Also soon we'll be rolling out adding tracklists, ability to browse mixes etc..

we ever run short of this kind of resources! Ive just put up a mix on GDkr, can I post our set on ur host or you got an "exclusive" policy?

We'll be hammering out download charts and posting them on forums etc, so as well as hosting with us, we aim to throw in a bit of promotion to get your mixes out there. (So it's important to add myspace/facebook links if you're expecting feedback etc)

Safari 2 on OSX 10.4.9 not working but this happens with 90% of hosts. Trying Camino now, it seems to work, will report. Neat parsing job! I put myspace address onto Facebook field and the form rejected it, super
EDIT: Camino works. DL Speed 230 Kb/s and rising. Links working, i hope it helps as for beta reporting!

As for safari - we built the thing on macs and totally forgot to test on safari!
but safari is shit

I like the way it looks and feals. Don't darken things... there's enough darkness out there. This site will serve as a place to enlighten people. @ Mixeeba : Are you on myspace ?
edit: having difficulty uploading a mix...trying the upload from another terminal.

couldnt get it to give me a url. upload never worked.
tried it from explorer 7 and firefox

Uh oh, we need to add an upload progress bar, in the mean time some patience is needed when uploading - it may look like nothing's happening but it is!
How long did you leave it for? Was there an error message? Let us know and we can get you going
