hey minimal techno can be real wide specter of music, can u point what kind of stuff u like, and then i might ask and point you to some similar names, i'm not so much in that sound, but one of my friends plays tekno, so we might help

also Unit Moebius and some acid artists can be filled in like minimal techno dr. Walker, Age, Khan + ... Ostraslab

no one mentioned substance & vainqueur so far. i really love the releases on their scion versions label. even though they're more dub techno but nevertheless minimal to the max. another favourite of mine is fenin. check this video out, it's awesome!
