Cookie Monsta tunes aren't my kinda thing. Bit boring, no movement, aggressive to the point of being funny. Wheres the soul? Wheres the music?
Breathe Beats.. boring.
Production is ok though.
I wouldn't say these are two producers in Notts to "Look out for". There are people doing much more interesting stuff and not just in the dubstep scene.
I'm not hating.. I'm in Notts and would love to work with more Notts producers. But this particular sound dosen't appeal to me at all.

notts is big. my favourites are geiom, shortstuff, brackles, and if the singers marita and khalid are from there they must go in the list too because they are absolutely sick

These days the majority of dubstep sounds different to how it did two or three years ago. This is just a case of a genre evolving and different people liking the same thing in different ways. Crazy tunes are what make raves go off these days so thats what we (and a lot of producers new to dubstep) make.
